Dear Valued MDLSV Patients:
First and foremost, we hope that you remain healthy and safe during these challenging times in our world.
Fortunately, MDLSV has been able to re-open for almost all types of appointments. We look forward to assisting you with your dermatologic and aesthetic needs.
We have taken many precautions to keep you as safe as possible from COVID-19 while you are in our office.
Masks are required on entering our building, and they need to be kept on throughout your appointment except as directed by your physician or midlevel provider. You’ll experience a different, one-way patient flow with social distancing. We are screening all patients (just as we do all employees of MDLSV) with temperature checks (we cannot treat anyone with a temperature over 100 degrees) and a COVID questionnaire.
As of mid-June you’ll be asked:
- Are you currently experiencing an illness with any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, sore throat, headache, shaking chills, muscle pains, new loss of taste or smell or any other signs of flu-like illness?
- In the past 14 days, have you been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19?
We have implemented additional sanitation and disinfection procedures and are limiting the number of patients in any area at a time. We are actively minimizing risk, but please remember that we cannot eliminate it.
Exercise caution in entering any populated facility if you are immunocompromised or if you have multiple or complex underlying medical conditions.
