We have been honored that you have entrusted us with your dermatology, cosmetic, laser, and vein care over the years. Thriving as an independent practice that has always been at the cutting edge of technology and patient care has given us a great sense of professional pride and achievement.
Recent changes in the healthcare industry, however, have challenged us with increased government regulations, restrictive insurance networks, and administrative burdens. Staying self-reliant has become much more difficult, and to continue to grow to meet the needs of our patients requires resources that we alone find it hard to provide. For these reasons, we feel the best path for MDLSV to sustain its level of patient care is to partner with Anne Arundel Dermatology.
We have known the founders of Anne Arundel Dermatology, Drs. Richard Pfau and Angela Peterman, for many years. We hold their expertise and integrity in the highest regard. We are privileged to have earned the right to be part of their larger group, which will allow MDLSV to serve you even better.

Halvorson and Hsu joined us after the completion of year-long MDLSV cosmetic dermatology fellowships, accredited by the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Our merger will allow you to receive care in an even more timely manner. We will be able to participate in additional insurance networks, improving your access to care.
