What Is Lumenis One

This combination multi-platform device has a 1064 laser, an IPL, and a diode laser for LightSheer(TM) hair removal. It can be used to treat enlarged blood vessels almost anywhere on the body, the redness and flushing of rosacea, and to remove unwanted hair from most skin types. It is also very helpful to treat sun damage (photorejuvenation), fine lines, and hyperpigmented skin*. Its chilled tips make it more comfortable for patients and safer than previous devices. At MDLSV, we performed clinical studies to determine its effectiveness.

How It Works

The treatment device uses Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) technology, along with other laser and light-based treatments, to address various skin concerns. It works by emitting controlled pulses of light that penetrate the skin’s surface to target specific pigments, such as melanin (for pigmentation issues) or hemoglobin (for vascular lesions).
