Maryland Dermatology Laser Skin and Vein recently held the grand reopening of the MDLSV Body Sculpting Center event on September 20th. Our body sculpting consultant, Kim Lang, revealed UltraShape Power, the updated version of UltraShape, a body sculpting device by Syneron Candela. This improved device uses ultrasound energy to reduce stubborn areas of fat and offers patients a faster, more effective treatment. UltraShape Power features the USculpt transducer, which gives it 20% more energy than the original UltraShape. Clinical trials showed a reduction of abdominal fat layer thickness by 32%.
