SLIM Lipo™

The Palomar SLIM™ Lipo (Selective Laser Induced Melting) is the most advanced laser liposuction device available today. Like other lasers designed for lipolysis, the dissolution of fat in the body, the SLIM™ Lipo requires no actual suction and has far fewer side-effects than traditional liposuction.

However, unlike other lipolysis devices, the SLIM™ Lipo laser operates at a wavelength of 920 nm. This low wavelength compared to other lasers is what allows the SLIM™ Lipo to selectively dissolve fat at greater efficiency than was previously possible.
